Evolv Mental Performance trains the mental side of the game with the same structure and intentionality we use for physical training. Our goal is simple: Build resilient, confident, and competitive athletes who chase evolution, not complacency.

We offer three levels of support depending on the athlete’s goals and commitment level.

1. Mental Performance Add-On

This is the easiest way for athletes already training with Evolv to begin developing their mental game.

Integrates mental performance into your existing Evolv training experience.

2. Evolving Minds

Evolving Minds is a small-group mental performance program designed to connect athletes across the Evolv community.

Each series focuses on pitching mindset, handle slumps, or confidence under pressure.

Guided discussions and applied exercises help athletes perform consistently while evolving their game.

3. 1-on-1 Coaching

The most personalized mental performance option. Work directly with our coach to address specific challenges.

OUR APPROACH

At Evolv, we believe mental performance training should not be something athletes only turn to when they are struggling. Just like strength training, mechanics, and skill development, mental skills should be developed early and trained consistently over time.

Our mission is to introduce mental performance training at the beginning of an athlete’s high school career, helping them build the mindset skills needed to navigate the pressures, expectations, and challenges that come with competitive sports.

By learning these skills early, athletes can develop:

  • The ability to respond to failure and mistakes
  • Focus and composure in competitive environments
  • Emotional control during difficult moments
